We want the Fix Report to be worth it. If it isn't, you get your money back.

14-day refund guarantee

• Not delivered: if we don't deliver your Fix Report within 48 hours of receiving your order and docs URL, you can request a full refund.
• Not useful: if the report isn't useful to you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked, and no call needed.

How to request one

Email hola@getdocscout.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number. We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method, through our payment provider. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Free audits

Free audits cost nothing and are not eligible for refunds.
